Job Responsibilities:
- Set up early warning systems to proactively identify and manage evolving risks.
- Lead cost reduction and profitability improvement initiatives.
- Oversee annual planning budget preparation.
- Cash flow and funds management.
- Monthly variance analysis - budget Vs actual.
- Monthly MIS.
- Preparation /Consolidation of monthly rolling forecasts.
- Oversee development & enforcement of financial policies and procedures.
- Responsibility for Cash, Bank & Treasury Operations.
- Manage Bank and Cash flows etc.
- Assist Group Finance in negotiations of bank facilities of SBUs at best possible terms.
- Exercising an effective system of internal control in the Company and ensuring that all transactions are adhering to the proper authority norms.
- Assist CFO in financial restructuring of the Co. through IPOs, Refinancing term loan portfolio, Bond issue etc.
- Preparation / consolidation of monthly MIS report.
- Annual budget exercise-preparation/ consolidation/interface with Department Managers/compilation of budget formats/guidelines etc.
- Establishing an effective Management information system/budgetary control system in the Company.
- Analysis & interpretation of the financial statements and compilation of accounting ratios etc.
- Ensure compliance with statutory & regulatory provisions for external audit, taxation, legal matters & other applicable laws & statutes.
