IMCO Engineering & Construction Company, location in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait, recently is seeking Accountant to join with this company as full-time employment.

The company is establishe in 1970 and is serving a wide range industries, electrical and instrumentation fields.


Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in the field of Construction.
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
• Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications.
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.
• Fluent in Arabic and English Language.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Organized, detailed and has the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent Knowledge of all MS Office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
• Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
• Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Managing monthly payroll and financial packages (end of ser vies & leaves).
• Annual budget planning, processing and follow up on actual results and variances.
• Preparing accurate and timely monthly.
• Receivables and payables management.
• Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.
• Develop and maintain financial data bases and manual filing systems.
• Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
• Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated financial systems.
• Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
• Provide accounting policy orientation for new staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
